Tesla has issued a "recall" over the automatic window close feature on more than 1 million vehicles.

"Recall" is in quotes because Elon Musk suggests that this was simply an over-air fix and not an actual recall. He says:
"The terminology is outdated & inaccurate. This is a tiny over-the-air software update. To the best of our knowledge, there have been no injuries."
